How we handle waitlist information.

What we collect
When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address, consent choices, landing-page variant, referral page, and campaign parameters included in the link. We also record whether you volunteer to provide feedback and beta test the app.
Why we collect it
We use this information to operate the Peak Pilot waitlist, understand which messages and outreach channels generate genuine interest, and contact volunteers for feedback and beta testing. We do not sell waitlist information.
Analytics
The site can emit conversion events such as form viewed, form started, signup completed, and feedback or beta-test opt-in. These events are designed not to contain your email address. The analytics provider, if enabled, may process device and network information under its own terms.
Storage and retention
Waitlist records are stored with service providers used to host and operate the site. We retain them while Peak Pilot is being evaluated and developed, then delete or anonymize information that is no longer needed. Because this is an early-stage project, this notice may change as the service and providers change.
Your choices
You can ask to review, correct, or delete your waitlist information, or withdraw from product updates, by contacting privacy@peakpilot.app. We may need to verify your request.
Not a program determination
Joining the waitlist does not establish program eligibility, enrollment, earnings, or a customer relationship.
